My Students

My students need 2 Nook Color Tablets and cases to interact with math and reading in new ways.

My 21 first and second grade students attend school in a rural community in southwest Michigan.

We live in an area that has been heavily effected by recent economic hardships. Though my school is working hard to bring in new and exciting technology, we don't have enough to go around for everyone at all times. We would love more!

My Project

I am asking for 2 Nook Color Tablets and covers. These e-readers will not only allow me to download new and exciting books for my students to read and listen to, but also bring math and reading apps that my students can use to interact with their learning in super high tech ways! How motivating is that?

Thank you for your consideration in bringing this technology to my classroom.

I firmly believe that this technology will help my students have fun with their learning and increase their achievement. I know I can't live without my technology, so thanks for helping to bring it to my 1st and 2nd graders!
