This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are in need of new headphones with noise cancelling capabilities for our students. These headphones will give students the opportunity to work independently without distraction. All of my students are on different levels academically. We use different computer programs and apps to help to remediate and enrich their learning. If we can provide each of the students with their own pair of headphones to use; they will be able to work at their own level and not be distracted from what others are listening to or working on in their environment. Additionally, we would be able to use them for testing so that students who struggle with staying focused and on task can concentrate on their tests.
