This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In my classroom I have a lot of students with anxiety and behavior needs. These headphones will help my students with anxiety to muffle noise around them to help them better focus on their assignments in class. Additionally, I have students with behavior needs who need a quiet environment and it can be hard to get that in a classroom full of students. These headphones will allow my students the ability to have muffled sound to help with anxiety and behavior needs.
I currently have one pair that are constantly being shared around the room, so I would love to be able to have a class set so that everyone who needs a pair can use a pair!
