This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have the pleasure of working with students in grades three through five every day! Sometimes they need help working through conflicts, de-stressing, and helping to work through their problems.

Playdough, stress balls, and different manipulatives make all the difference in the world when working with my students.

It helps them to open up and be more willing to share and work through whatever battles they are facing. Sometimes they work in groups with other scholars and sometimes counseling sessions are one-to-one- depending on their needs. These new supplies and materials will help make a difference.
