No Pain No Gain

Help me give my students a hand weight set for our Tabata workout Tuesdays. We are very passionate about our workouts and I am working on helping my students become strong people.

My Students

My students are amazing athletes and always looking for a new challenge. They come from families that don’t have a lot and I am here to give them everything they deserve. They deserve to be taught how to be amazing athletes inside and out. My students make me smile everyday with their positive attitude and willingness to always try new things. I want to show my students that I believe in them and that they do matter to me and the world.

My Project

The hand weight set will allow my students to work on their muscle tone and continue to boost there self confidence. On Tuesdays we do high intensity interval trainings with circuits. Students are split into groups and they get to work with friends to become stronger and focus on motivating each other. I love teaching my students how to stay active in real life and teach them that everyBODY can be healthy. The benefits for weight training can allow students to see changes in their bodies faster than any other workouts. We work on all aspects of a healthy body. Help our future stay active and healthy.
