Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach a wonderful group of 4th graders who are curious and eager to learn!
Last year, my school had a problem with students bringing items to school in their backpacks that were not allowed.
Because of that, we will now be a backpack free school!
No backpacks? Not a problem! Funding this project will give my students plastic folders with handles so that they can carry their homework and any other necessary and required items to and from school. They are transparent, so they will not be able to "sneak" any items that are not allowed!
I am also asking for work-in-progress folders so my students can keep track of their Math, Writing, Reading, and Science assignments that they are working on in class.
