My students need a digital camera to use during technology in order to fulfill high school requirements for music and art students.
FULLY FUNDED! Mr. Carriero's classroom raised $752

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Do you remember art and music classes? Well we no longer offer these important classes due to budget cuts from Governor Cristie in the State of New Jersey.
My students are from an inner city urban environment located in New Jersey.
Many are coming from single parent homes and lack the necessary supplies needed in order to achieve at their highest level possible. Many students are interested in art and music and through their technology class I would like to help them produce their sketch books and record their music talents with this camera.
My Project
This donation would help my students in attaining entrance into a High School that can take their talents and prepare them for the future. This camera would be the only camera that some of my students will ever use due to not being able to afford this technology in their own homes and lives.
This donation will help a total of 800 students in many ways.
It will enhance their ability to learn how to use a digital camera for technology, music and art. This camera will also help students produce a school newspaper and 8th grade yearbook. PLEASE HELP US!
