My Project

All of my students are amazing individuals preparing to leave HS and enter into the real world. As they prepare to leave school these items will be used as incentives as they work through the last of their career preparation activities and work based learning experiences.

Each student will be afforded the chance to earn a unique incentive tailored to their likes.

Incentives will increase engagement and performance and allow them to feel special and valued. Keeping them motivated and preventing hunger is a vital part of succcess.

Work based learning is critical as my students prepare for what they do after HS. Whether college, work force or military they will be preparing themselves for their next steps.
