Newly Started Basketball Team Without Training Equipment - Help Needed
Help me give my students the gift of new basketball equipment. Our program was dormant for 5 years, so the need for basketball equipment was nonexistent.

My Project
My students are mainly 3rd, 4th and 5th graders who are very eager to play basketball. They have the passion for the game, but lack the understanding and discipline that it takes to be successful. The actual process of growth and development. I am the Behavior Modification Technician & Head Basketball Coach (basketball has been dormant for the previous 5 years at our school). We are in need training equipment, Defensive mannequins to help children shoot the ball while being guarded defensively. Defense slide to help our players to slide their feet properly on defense. Shooting fingers to help with correct shooting form. The children are all invested in improving in basketball, so I’m requesting the basketball training equipment to help us be more competitive. The schools that we compete against have new equipment including backboards, due to them being newer schools. We are trying to build a culture of pride, and that is difficult to do when you don’t equipment to help children excel. If our request is granted, all training equipment would be maximized to the fullest.
