it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Newcomers high school was designed to create a welcoming, affirming, and supportive learning environment for immigrant multilingual learners and their families.
As part of the Public Schools Athletic League, the swim team’s mission is to provide opportunities for educating students in physical fitness, character development, and socialization skills.
Having new fins, goggles, and swim caps will allow for an expanded team, including co-Ed participation as we continue to work toward achieving the minimum number of swimmers required for a dedicated girls’ team. We are training very hard to make into championship.
