My Project
Many of our newcomer students are unable to acquire necessary warm food or keep it cool for later. As a result, they come to school with a less-than-adequate mindset to learn. We would like to help them by giving them what they need. They are such eager learners and just need a helping hand.
Our newcomer student population has enough to deal with and worry about without hunger issues.
Newcomer students shouldn't have to worry about having hot food or a safe place to store it at school. This project aims to instill the importance of having hot food and a safe place to store it at school. We want to increase and boost newcomer student self-confidence in our school system and community.
