Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our classroom needs an update and refresh for the new school year. Our students are a wonderful group of eager learners and would enjoy a learning atmosphere that is fun and engaging, and where students want to be.

It's a new school year, and our classroom could use some updates and fun school supplies to help make learning enjoyable for the students.

Our classroom needs some new dry-erase markers and dry-erase boards to help with our everyday learning. We can also use some wallpaper and contact paper to cover our desk tops since they are looking rather grungy! Keeping with our Disney Magical Imagination theme of "Dream, Wonder and Create" this year, we could use some items to add to our class decor and help link the theme throughout. A few planters and cookie jars to hold stickers and prizes for incentives will pull our room together. Adding more fidgets to alleviate anxiety to our calming corner will spruce up our old sticky stuff! Also, adding a cute sanitizer and refills to the tissue station will help students use it!

Adding ambient lighting to our reading corner and calming corner will make our room feel relaxing and inviting. We also need new desktop storage boxes to hold students' supplies from falling all over.
