This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

School starts August 5th and I will be teaching 2nd grade for the 6th year in a row.

With the new school year fast approaching we are in need of new supplies for the classroom.

For the past 3 years I have used the Lakeshore clear pouches for students to store their math books, ELA books and library books. These have been a game changer in the classroom as they allow students to easily organize their materials since we do not have desks. My currents sets of pouches are all torn and the the velcro no longer stays, therefore i am asking for a whole new class set. I would also love a class set of headphones as the ones we currently have are always getting taken for the upper grades during testing, leaving us with none.
