Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
New classroom supplies are essential for a classroom. Students use folders to organize their writing process. We also use folders to keep math rotation activities organized.
Organization is essential in our classroom.
Students learn to look for papers held in Paper Pockets used during reading and math rotations. Math work stations will be held in the mailbox, and math manipulatives will be stored in the spice racks for easy access.
Our math work stations need to be updated; laminating them helps make them last longer and maintains them for multiple uses. Sharpeners have a limited lifetime in many classrooms. We are in need of a new sharpener after 5 years.
