Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
While teaching, I notice that many of my students have a difficult time focusing on their work for two reasons. First, my students need to move and vent some energy and second, because my students are often distracted by classroom noises. In my mind, these challenges are not the fault of my students but a natural challenge every person has to learn to work through.
We need noise canceling headphones, and desk bands.
The tools in this projects will help my students learn to manage distractions and their own need to move. I am grateful for your support in helping me fund this project.
