New Supplies for the New School Year!

My Project

As this school year is coming to a close, I am already looking around my room to see what I need to restock for next year. I want to be able to supply my students with the basic school supplies like nameplates with their names on their desks, pencils, cleaning supplies, Expo markers, erasers, and Post-it notes for them when they return to school in August for the start of a brand-new school year.

Basic school supplies are a must if any student wants to be successful in school.

By having the basic school supplies on the first day of school, my students will be able to "hit the ground running". I'm big on interactive notebooks, so the glue sticks will come in handy when they are cutting and pasting things into their notebooks. The pencils will be used on a daily basis for students to take notes, complete assignments, and draw with. The Post-it notes will be used by the students to use when they take annotated notes in their reading consumables to show what they know. The name plates will be used for their desk so students know where to sit. We go through tons of dry erase markers as students use them daily to show their Math work on their desks. The erasers will be used to erase their work instead of using tissues or napkins.

I would love to start the beginning of the school year with brand new supplies for my new students.
