Students with Autism can struggle with social cues.
The board games would play a good aspect into their social skills and being able to interact with their peers appropriately.
Giving the students the choice of working on a lap desk gives them a choice to be able to sit on the floor while doing their work. They need the opportunity to be able to sit in a variety of ways, instead of the traditional table and chairs.
Being able to take a quick jump break in class also helps get out the "wiggles' as we call it. It will allow them to try to regain their focus on their work.
