Hello Everyone!
I am reaching out for your help with my classroom.
I am in need of new seating in my classroom. I work at a title one school with little to no funding. Most of the furniture that we receive for my school is second hand and circulated from school to school. More often than not, the chairs and furniture will break which causes us to be out of chairs for students to sit at. I have had a few chairs break on me this year and getting ones sent to me from my school takes a long time if at all.
Having a new set of chairs for my students would be the BEST thing for my students. I know that these chairs would last a few years and would really help my classroom. I teach students how to read and it's so important that they have comfortable seating to learn.
My students do not have a lot and most of them have no safe place to go to except my room. I want to bring them a piece of comfort for them to effectively learn key life skills. I know it is a lot to ask of you all but I want to give my kids the best of the best because they honestly deserve it. They deserve new school supplies and they deserve new furniture at their school.
