it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
A New School Year and More Growing! This year I will be lucky enough to loop to Kindergarten with some of my students from last school year! My school is a Title 1 school. Therefore my students come from a low socioeconomic status, and resources are always an issue. I know my students will need a variety of learning experiences that cater to their variety of learning styles. It is, without a doubt, my mission to continue to expose all my students beyond the world around them by providing meaningful, hands-on experiences and opportunities.
Our school is built off students that are bright and eager to learn, but we need resources to encourage them!
I am asking for materials to elevate our daily learning, with a few necessities such as markers, dry-erase boards, glue, alternate seating, and other items that will allow me to enhance their learning.
My goal is to continue to develop a love for school and learning in kindergarten with strong foundational knowledge and confidence in their abilities. These materials will allow me to individualize instruction for students and initiate an excitement for learning. The sky’s the limit!
