New School Christmas Tree for Big AL

My Project

After nearly two decades of use, our school's Christmas tree is in dire need of replacement. The tree plays a central role in our schoolwide "Big Al" Elf program, which has become a beloved tradition among students. Each year, students eagerly anticipate seeing what Big Al is up to around the tree, creating an engaging and festive atmosphere that contributes to the positive culture of our school. The presence of both the tree and Big Al fosters a fun and interactive environment while also promoting key values such as kindness, self-regulation, and respect for school rules. One of the most immediate benefits of this tradition is its ability to encourage positive behavior. By reminding students that their actions are being observed in a lighthearted way, Big Al helps reinforce the importance of good conduct and community spirit.
