My Project

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read about my requests. I am asking for new rugs for my classroom. I would like the children to have new and brighter rugs in 3 areas in the room. Our current story time rug isn't quite big enough for 20 children. I also included a new rug for our library and calm classroom area. The idea is for the area to be warm and inviting for the students. I'm asking for new rugs to enhance our classroom and bring a new feeling to our classroom! The bulk of morning meeting and free play takes on the rugs so having new rugs will greatly enhance their center time as well as having a new fresh rug for our morning meeting times. Rugs provide a soft, cushioned surface for students to sit or play on, making floor-based activities more comfortable.

They can also help to prevent slips and falls, creating a safer environment, especially for younger children.
