This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

At our achool we pride ourselves on our engaging and robust recess/P.E. activities! We understand the importance of students’ physical and mental health.

We have many structured games and STEM activities for our students to choose from during recess.

We also have a wonderful P.E. teacher, Coach Eric, who plans exciting and challenging activities for every grade level (TK-5th).

We plan to use any new equipment purchased to replace old equipment that is becoming too worn to use.

Recess and P.E. is a time for students to master their social skills, practice sportsmanship and get some much needs physical activities added to their day. New equipment will help our students achieve all of the above.
