This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hi! I am rebuilding my classroom to take on a new position as the PLUS teacher on our campus. This program builds our students into young mentors and leaders through campus outreach, campus activities, and sponsoring new students. Through this program we also provide to our students in need with critical items. We build confidence in our students and teach them to advocate for each other and support their peers.

These items will allow our classroom and activities to run a bit more smoothly and keep us running for some time.

I want to provide my students with the tools to reach more kids and get them engaged in what the program can do for them.
