New PE equipment for Elementary and Middle School Students

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our students arrive to our school eager to learn. They are polite and generous, and they strive to be the best they can be. They know that with an education, they can succeed in life and help improve on the lives that they have now.
Our school focuses on families with low incomes and tries to give each student the education they deserve.
While we do not have much, the students use the materials they are given and do the very best they can with them.
My Project
We are a growing K-8 school, and, as we continue to grow, we have fewer and fewer materials for our students. Whether some of the equipment is breaking because of wear and tear or because there are too many students in a class, there is not enough equipment to go around. Our materials are growing thin, and we need as much as we can to make sure students are getting the proper lessons.
We are in need of this new equipment to help ensure we are giving students the best Physical Education class possible.
I am asking for not only footballs and basketballs but also outdoor games for an alternative way of playing these different sports. We are also asking for a Bluetooth speaker so that students can hear music as they work out, run, and even play the sports they enjoy. I even plan on having some dance classes for the elementary students as well to keep them moving.
I am also getting some board games for rainy days that will help students participate in some games during the days we cannot go outside. Unfortunately, since we do not have a gym, we need to do the best we can with PE in the classrooms. I want to make sure my PE program stands out from the other programs in Miami.
