New Needs for a New Year!

Help me give my students our favorite stories as big books, headphones, Play-Doh, and pop-it 10-frames!

My Project

At the start of the school year I like to make sure all of my students have the tools they will need. Many do not bring headphones to school which they will need for station time and testing. This project will give me headphones that they can take as their own and use throughout the year.

My young students learn best in a hands-on fashion.

By giving them Play-doh and ten-frame pop-its, they will be able to learn during reading and math in an age-appropriate way. They will use the ten-frame pop-its to show the numbers we are working on as well as ways to make 10.

We have some classroom book favorites that we use throughout the year; Brown Bear, Brown Bear and The Three Billy Goats Gruff are used as part of our reading and writing programs. Having these books as big books will allow my students to see the words and pictures as we continue to enjoy them over and over again.

All of these resources will help my students from day one. Thank you for considering my classroom and this project!
