My Project
My project focuses on a shift from STEAM lab to the 7th-grade science teacher. I envision an interactive classroom for students to master skills in and outside life science. The new classroom will focus on hands-on, problem-based learning (PBL) with a STEAM focus.
Love of science starts with the classroom, and I want to see how the students can embrace everyday life science.
The supplies in this project will be crucial to setting up labs and PBLs in the classroom. The basic supplies of markers, colored pencils, Kleenex, paper towels, mini composition notebooks, and Expo markers will be necessary to start labs at the end of August for maker challenges. Students need to learn life skills and knowledge.
