I am a second grade teacher who found out she's moving to a 5/6 split! Please help me grow a new classroom library full of materials to help my students want to explore more about our world.
Every child deserves books that they can actually read independently.
My students with special needs seem to always get the short end of the stick when it comes to books that come with my school's curriculum/reading series...we get the cast-offs that the general education teachers don't want!
Please help my new students get new, exciting books that are geared toward their individual reading levels, so they can read what twill engage them!
As an avid reader, I can not imagine what life would be like if I wasn't able to read books that are interesting and actually readable. Let's make this happen for my students who are as diverse as their individual personalities and academic abilities!
