My Project

I am so excited to start a new adventure in a new grade! What I also love is that I get to stay at a school that I love! Moving from 3rd to 1st means that I need to change my classroom library to reach the students in my new classroom.

Reading can be an escape into another world.

I want to instill a love of reading and books at a young age. Allowing them to see different kinds of books and have examples of good choices is important! I am excited to put books such as those in the Classroom Library Must-Haves set and those in the Best of Grades K-1 Picture Books Pack into their hands to help them build important reading fluency and comprehension skills while fostering a love of reading.
