New Games For Speech Therapy Students

Help me give my students new games for speech-language therapy as we work on our language skills and speech articulation!

My Project

My Baltimore City Public Schools speech therapy students are typically seen 1-2 times per week. To keep their interest, having games on hand is a necessity. I usually have to go to "Goodwill" or yard sales to find games I can afford, as it is not within the budget from Special Education. In addition, students don't get to play board games with family the way we used to do- most time is spent on a "screen"- even at school- with the use of laptops. Interpersonal connections, eye contact, laughing, and socializing are all wonderful bonus results of playing these games as we address articulation, comprehension, dysfluency, vocabulary, etc.
