My Project
For kindergarten, I feel the type of desks I am asking for would be the absolute best fit as far as size and space for my kindergarten students. The regular desk they have are to big and the tables they have are so hard for them to keep all their things together and organized, it is also hard for them to work quietly on their own and in their own space at the seats they have now.
These open front desks would allow my students to have their own space to work freely in their own area.
They will be able to store their crayon boxes, pencils, papers and reading books directly at their seats. These desks in my opinion would benefit our students and classroom in so many ways.
My kindergarten students need individual spaces to store their classroom books. They need their own space to complete their work without having someone coming over on them. Students tend to do that with tables, their chairs seem to move in front of their friends spot at the table. The storage in these desks will be so handy as well to have work space on their tables instead of storage on their tables.
By supplying my classroom with desks, I would be able to create a safer, more structured environment and positive classroom environment. These desks would help with classroom management. Less disturbances means a more productive learning environment.
I am requesting 20 desks. Any help is greatly appreciated by myself and my students.
