My Project
Acquiring high-quality cookware will make a significant difference for our students as they develop essential culinary skills. Many of our students come from backgrounds where access to well-equipped kitchens is limited, making our program an invaluable opportunity for them to learn cooking techniques that will serve them for life.
With the addition of durable frying pans, griddles, and other essential tools, we will be able to provide hands-on experience that goes beyond basic recipes—teaching students how to properly steam dumplings, achieve the perfect pancake flip, and sauté vegetables without burning.
These skills are not just about cooking; they build confidence to cook their OWN food, making them more independent and less reliant on fast-food.
