Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are 5-7 years old. They are Spanish-speaking and starting their journey of learning English in our bilingual classroom. Currently, we are the only 1st grade classroom without a proper sized sitting space and our classroom clearly needs some love. I don't ever want my students to feel like less.
I've been teaching for 6+ years however, this is the first time I have a classroom of my own.
I want to show my students that we care and that they matter. Please help me show my students our classroom is a home by donating to make our space a little colorful and comfy.
