Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

A classroom library is essential to student success. As a teacher, I know the importance of having a wide range of books that my students are interested in reading. As I go into my fourth year of teaching, I have noticed the need for a wider variety of books for my students to choose from.

I teach anywhere from 21-26 students each year. These students all have different interests and reading levels and they deserve to find books in my library that meet their needs and interests!
