This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The students in my Reading Intervention class need to practice reading. They are low in reading, and they need to practice their reading skills daily. All students in my classes work very hard every day.
During COVID-19 we were teaching online and reading stories online.
We did the best that we could at the time. But it is important that students read real tangible books. They read the books and summarize what they read. During COVID-19 they missed reading real tangible books and missed the interaction that we have in the classroom.
