This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students come to school daily with a love of reading. We started the year being listeners and have transformed into independent readers. These books will keep the joy of listening and reading books alive. These kids take pride in organizing our classroom library and just love reading books over and over again. These new books will bring new excitement into our well loved library.

We have been reading stories from authors like Moe Williams, David Shannon and have fall in love with story such as dragons, love tacos, and Pete the Cat.

These books will help us study authors and illustrators.
