This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a teacher, I have always strived to create a classroom library full of different titles, genres, and formats that are attractive to students. My goal is to give students a reason to pick up a book, take it home, and read.
Having a wide variety of books allows students to have many options to choose from.
It is imperative to give students a reason to pick up a book and read! This ongoing project has been extremely beneficial for students who love to read and don't have immediate access to titles they are interested in. My ultimate goal is to provide these titles so that reading continues to be fundamental!
