My Project

I have been teaching for 7 years now. One way I have found to get students to get excited about reading is to get new books! There is just something about being the first one to open up a brand new book that gets one excited about reading.

The books for this project will be books that are not currently on my library shelf.

Getting kids excited about reading can be a challenge, not just for parents but for teachers as well. All it takes is one book to get someone hooked on reading and one of these books may just be the one for a student in my classroom.
