New Beginnings for Kindergarten!

My students need reminder posters, a daily schedule pocket chart, a word family poster, spacer clips, magnetic wipe boards, table caddies and an opposite puzzle.

My Students

My students will begin their very first days of school this fall. I want them to enter the new learning environment of kindergarten in a warm and welcoming room full of materials to use.

My student attend a public charter school in Michigan.

Our school has mostly free and reduced lunch students who have big dreams to go to college one day. Many families choose our school for the high graduation rate and positive learning atmosphere we provide compared to other urban learning environments near us.

My Project

I am very excited to the items I selected. Because this is my 2nd year teaching kindergarten I know there are some things my classroom needs. One big item are the magnetic wipe boards. I only have 4 that the students currently pass around and share. With your donation, they can each have their own for whole group lessons. I also have selected many posters that will help my students remember routines such as arrival, dismissal and our daily schedule. Finally I selected some manipulatives to help put spaces in our writing and a fun puzzle game for word work.

My students truly enjoy learning and have a strong will to do their best.

They come to school eager to receive all the knowledge they can. With these items, my students can feel more successful everyday!
