My Project

Graduation has passed and the job offer came! I am officially a teacher! Everything that I have been working for is happening and I get to create a place for my students where they will feel welcome and ready to learn. As a teacher that is entering my own classroom, I want to create a positive learning environment for my students. Within my wishlist, I have added materials/supplies that I feel can accomplish this goal.

Educational supports in the classroom that are beneficial to either the student, teacher, or both can create a positive learning environment and promote successful experiences in the educational journey for both parties.

The classroom timer, label maker, pencil boxes, and organizers allow the teacher to have organization within the classroom so lessons can progress smoothly. This benefits the students so the focus can be on their education and can show them exactly where their needed supplies for the day are located in the classroom. The vacuum and the makeup removers are for cleanliness within the classroom and promote a healthy environment for the students to be comfortable in. The number line, posters, and stamps are encouragements for the students and also to help motivate them in whichever unit that we are working in. They are also used as added supports for the teacher to give assistance and will be continual help for the students if they get a little lost as lessons continue. The pencil sharpener, glue gun, and whiteboards are enhancements in the classroom so the students can have extra supplies and increase participation in the existing classroom. Accessibility for every student is important in the learning environment. Fidgets will help stress relief and control energy relief for the students when needed. The charging station will ensure lessons are smooth with technology for students.
