Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
What I love most about my students is their energy, creativity, and potential. Every day, they come to class ready to grow, lead, and support one another—and I want to give them every opportunity to shine. As the new ASB (Associated Student Body) advisor, I have the unique privilege of guiding student leaders who are passionate about building school spirit, planning events, and creating a more inclusive and connected campus. To help them succeed, I’m seeking support for some much-needed resources:
A reliable work laptop will allow me to stay organized, manage student activities, create documents, and communicate effectively with staff and students—on campus and on the go.
The headphones will help my students edit our promotional videos and information that should go school-wide!
A printer will ensure that student materials, flyers, event forms, and schedules are accessible and ready when needed.
Desk lamps will create a more focused, welcoming environment for students working before or after school hours.
A sturdy teacher work desk will give me the space to stay organized and better support our student leaders.
Classroom accessories like organizers, bulletin boards, and supplies will help create a space that is engaging, functional, and inspiring.
