This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A math routine that our class practices everyday is going over our calendar. We sing songs and talk about counting, as well as dates. However, currently our calendar routine is lacking engaging activities that build upon the math knowledge students are learning.

This number corner cirriculum includes everything a classroom needs to have an exciting and engaging daily math routine.

It includes the whole calendar set up and manipulatives for students to promote hands on learning. I am excited to upgrade our calendar routine and continue to promote math learning that make connections to our daily lives.
