This year, I am embarking on a new adventure...Kinderergarten! After more than 20 years in Pre-K, I am stepping up with my students, and we are all moving to Kindergarten!
With a new grade comes a new room, new bulletin boards, and a new (used) interactive board.
The room I am inheriting has a Promethean board; however, the speakers are broken, and it is too expensive to replace the whole board. Luckily, I can install the requested sound bar and the audio will be better than ever!
Kindergarten closely studies phonics when learning to read. The sound wall cards are an interactive and visual way for my students to practice their letter sounds. This supports their phonemic awareness, which is essential to their reading instruction.
Finally, the TPT gift card will be used to purchase fun and grade-appropriate learning resources for differentiation within my math and ELA lessons.
