My students need classroom offices so they can have their own space during assessments! We also are trying to add more to our word work and would love more hands-on magnetic letters!
I have an amazing class of seventeen active and ambitious first graders who come from very diverse background. I have one special need student who is amazing and is working to show the world that he is no different than the rest of his peers. All of my kids throughout my eight years of teaching have been the best, but I want to make sure that I am the best teacher and that I continue to grow and learn with my students.
My Project
We need classroom offices to help with privacy during classroom assessments. This way I have a really good idea what the student knows without looking at another students work!
The magnetic letters will be used to do small group word work!
They will use them to create and manipulate words we are learning in Reading and Spelling. When the kids can physically get their hands on objects they can remember better!
