My Project

Fitness is a key component to living well. Only 30% of Americans can complete 10 clean push ups. Supporting this project will help an elementary school beat that 30% number by the end of the year this school year.

This equipment will encourage various forms of push ups to increase overall muscular strength, prizes for students who are at the top of the push up list, and devices to record push up journey.

This project will encourage practicing ways to stay well. Push ups help build arm and chest muscles. Building these muscles will help self confidence rise to new levels.
