My Project

Every minute of learning counts, and when a student's Chromebook dies during class, it can create unnecessary disruptions, missed instruction, and frustration. At our school, we rely heavily on digital tools for teaching, learning, and assessment—making a fully charged device essential to student success.

Unfortunately, many students arrive at school with uncharged Chromebooks, either due to forgotten routines, shared family devices, or limited outlets at home.

To solve this recurring issue, we’re proposing to equip our hallways with 90 USB-C Chromebook chargers distributed across 9 centralized charging stations—three per grade level. These accessible "power hubs" will allow students to charge their devices quickly without having to miss class or learning time.

This simple solution will remove a frequent speed bump in our school day and ensure students always have the tools they need to be successful. With your support, we can keep our students charged up and ready to learn, every single day.
