My Project
These snacks, juice, and water will provide food security to students who have early lunches and longer afternoons. They don’t usually have extra snacks since they receive free lunches and breakfast and no snacks from the school.
The students work hard each day and need an afternoon snack “pick me up” to do their best to learn and progress at their current academic levels.
My students will benefit by having the “fuel” required to focus and not be hungry from being assigned early lunches. They also get quite thirsty speaking as they participate in class activities with teacher and peers, so the juice and water will help quench their thirst.
