Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These materials are needed for my students to be prepared for school and complete their academic work. Many of my students reside in homeless shelters or come from low income households. Many of my parents are not able to supply the basic school supplies for their child.
So, with the use of notebooks, pencils, Post-its, and other basic materials, my students from financially struggling households will be able to have the supplies needed to do their academic work.
These materials would allow relief from parents who are in a financial situation breathe easier knowing that these supplies have been provided for their child.
