My Project
I use flipped learning in my Math classroom where students watch a video of the lesson being taught, on their own and at their own pace. In order to watch videos and make sure they are listening to the content being taught, headphones are needed to make sure they can hear the notes individually. Students use these headphones at least 2 or 3 times a week to be successful in my classroom.
These headphones would also be used for state testing.
While they don't specifically provide headphones for Math testing, most of the tests require headphones to hear sound when reading directions, etc. If I want my students to be successful in math class and score well on state tests, I need to provide my students with headphones. Unfortunately, some of my students can't afford headphones, a basic necessity to help them in Math/school, so this donors project would be a great relief and resource for my class.
