I have the honor of teaching Kindergarten. At this school, each child has their own special story. I teach in a school migrating through gentrification, so different economic backgrounds meet to all learn together. Each child gives their all each day.
My classroom is a safe place full of love to come to and disappear in learning from 7:45-3:45 each day.
We are an extended day school to provide more opportunities for our students. We will need additional supplies to have more meaningful Kindergarten lessons.
My Project
We were blessed to receive necessary necessities such as tissues, paper towels, dry erase markers earlier this year and we have been good stewards of the items; nevertheless the items have run out. We are in need of hand sanitizer, paper towels, dry erase markers, lamination, sheet protectors and storage to finish out projects for the end of the year.
For Kindergarten graduation, the children will have parts to memorize so we will be laminating each part twice for each child to practice at home and at school.
In this case the entire kindergarten class will be reached not just my class. Thank you for your consideration!
