This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My kindergarteners are eager, curious, and full of potential! As they begin their educational journey, they need the right tools to support their learning and development. I'm requesting basic but essential supplies big pencils, pencil grips, chart paper, Post-its, and thumbtacks to help create a well-organized, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
Big pencils and pencil grips are crucial for helping little hands build writing skills with confidence and ease.
Chart paper will be used for anchor charts, interactive lessons, and classroom visuals that help my students retain what they're learning. Post-its will give my students a fun, hands on way to participate in lessons, reflect on ideas, and share their thoughts. Thumbtacks may seem simple, but they help us proudly display student work, daily routines, and learning goals making our space feel like a true learning community.
